The My Fitness Pal Starter Guide
My Fitness Pal is a food logging, diet tracking app that draws data from a huge database of foods to make keeping a food diary easier than ever.
In fact, in my years of using it its very rare I can’t find what I want.
Using the app you can customise your daily setup, your calorie and macro goals and even add your own meals.
You can also scan bar codes, add food data yourself or choose from millions of entries already on the app.
‘The My Fitness Pal Starter Guide’ will cover how to;
Download the app
Set up your account
Customise your calorie & macro goals
Log your first meal (including search and bar code scanning)
Check your goal progress
Ok, let’s jump in.
This guide was filmed using an iPhone 6 and to my knowledge should be accurate for all other iPhone models. However, if you’re using an Android or other operating system be aware that some functions may look and/or behave differently
