For example; the bench press which works the chest, shoulders and triceps and requires movement at both the shoulder and elbow joint.

Squats - Front, Back & Goblet
Shoulder Press - Dumbell, Barbell, Seated or Standing
Chin Ups & Pull Ups
Rows - Bent Over, Single Arm or Inverted
